Drawing is 75% observational skills. Ask anyone who draws well to explain what they see and it will amaze you at their skills in “observation” Then there is the time factor, it take many drawings under your belt before things start to click. Don’t look for short cuts, let drawing be your passion, draw every day and it well happen. The best teachers will teach you how to teach yourself to draw. And in the end you will not draw like the people you admire, but you will draw like Alex, with your own language, your own strengths and weaknesses that you will strive to overcome. Keep going for it my friend!
